Ruling: upheld an employer’s ability to block coverage for birth control in their employees’ healthcare plans for “religious or moral” reasons.

Our Lady of Guadalupe School v. Morrissey-Berru
Ruling: Religious schools and institutions are immune from some types of discrimination lawsuits filed by employees in ministerial roles.

Trump v. Vance /Trump v. Mazars
Ruling: Trump is not immune from subpoenas. This case was sent back to the lower courts.

McGirt v. Oklahoma
Ruling: Oklahoma has no jurisdiction to prosecute major crimes committed by American Indians within their own sovereign nation.
