HR 6446 by Clay Higgins (R-LA3) would allow the Trump Administration to delay the census indefinitely. The bill has no co-sponsors as of yet, and awaits a hearing in the House Committee on Oversight and Reform. Opponents say the bill is unconstitutional based on the original time limits for the census. Supporters say this bill prioritizes public health.

H.R. 6202, by Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-OR3)/ S. 3440, by Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) would require all states to offer voting by mail if at least 13 states have declared an emergency.
The House version has 16 co-sponsors, all Democrats. The Senate version has no co-sponsors yet. Bills are in the House Administration Committee and the Senate Rules and Administration Committee respectively.
